Welcome to the Cross Health Wellness Blog: What Does Wellness Mean to You?

What is Cross Health Wellness?
My name is Kyle Wyss and today is the day I officially get the Cross Health Wellness Blog online!
Cross Health Wellness offers in-depth 1-on-1 guidance to help 20-30 year old's recently out of school achieve their goals by optimizing all domains of health: Physical, Social, Intellectual, Spiritual, and Emotional. It's easy to find information about healthy habits, but becoming increasingly more difficult to find someone who cares about you and your success who's able to help you learn and apply it. That's where I come in!
I am a licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Massachusetts (PT) with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) and Masters in Anatomy and Clinical Health Sciences (MS) from the University of Delaware. I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). I graduated from Boston College with a Bachelor of Science in Biology including coursework in nutrition, psychology, philosophy, and theology.
My goal is to help spread research based knowledge to help others achieve their wellness goals, whatever they may be.
I will be posting daily videos, weekly blogs, and offering virtual consultations for potential clients.
Here I am in Switzerland admiring some Swiss graffiti advertising the local soccer team, FC Basel
Ask Me Questions!
My hope for future posts is to engage with you readers so we can learn from each other and make wellness more accessible for people online. I will be writing about various subjects that interest me, and will gladly accept feedback on a popular topic or how to improve the blogging experience for you! I also want to make sure I have a place to elaborate on subjects and go into more detail than the videos I post on Instagram.
I offer everyone a free 30 minute discovery call to help provide an opportunity for us to get to know each other face to face and help you get a better idea of what Cross Health Wellness is about.
